Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground, though we do have expedited shipping for when you need it at an additional cost. All orders under $70 will be subject to a $8.95 shipping charge, so why not buy a few at a time and save even more?
Returns
In order to receive proper credit for a defective cartridge, you must first call and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer service. The RMA will then be faxed to you and must be returned with the cartridge in the original box within 14 days or you will not receive credit.
Empty or abused cartridges will not be eligible for credit.
Please include a sample print showing the defect and customer service will contact you with the results of the cartridge examination
